Your Missions:

As a CSR consultant, you will 

• Carry out CSR consulting assignments for clients from various sectors :

  • Audit existing practices: impact analysis, identification of stakeholders

  • Develop companies' CSR strategy: materiality analysis, strategy formulation, definition of KPIs

  • Develop companies' CSR strategy: materiality analysis, strategy formulation, definition of KPIs

  • Support the implementation of a strategy: development of action plans and assistance in their implementation

  • Promote our clients' CSR initiatives: writing CSR reports, preparation for CSR labeling, development of communication concepts

• Contribute to the creation of methods and tools to maintain the relevance of the firm's assignments

• Actively contribute to client prospecting

• Contribute to the reputation and visibility of the firm: writing articles, interviews, participation in events, forums

Your Profile:

• With a higher education background, you will have experience of managing sustainable development/CSR projects. You have knowledge of standards - ISO 26000, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, GRI, ESR/INDR, B Corp, Agenda 2030.

• Training in Bilan Carbone® or GHG Protocol would be a plus.

• Curious, you can rely on your ability to define and implement a structured approach, as well as your strong capacity for autonomy and hard work.

• You have a flair for sales and are good at dealing with customers.

• Proficiency in office tools is essential, as is the ability to communicate in writing and orally in French and English. Luxembourgish and German are considered an advantage.

Your Missions :

As a junior CSR consultant, you: 

• Conduct analysis work for the team: information research and synthesis, international benchmarking of best practices of companies in Sustainable Development, CSR profiles of companies.

• Contribute to the enrichment of the firm's tools and the preparation of deliverables for consultants.

• Participate in missions to support companies

 

Your Profil :

Coming from a minimum HSD +2 higher education specialized in sustainable development and CSR.

Open and curious, you are autonomous but have a team spirit and are eager to learn.

Proficiency in office tools is essential, as is the ability to communicate in writing and orally in French, German, and English. Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
